1. GreenLake Intelligence & Agentic AI Workforce

HPE introduced GreenLake Intelligence, a groundbreaking framework designed to bring “agentic AI” to admin workloads, empowering enterprise teams with AI-driven autonomy. This platform incorporates AI agents that seamlessly manage infrastructure tasks—provisioning resources, monitoring performance, and remediating issues—via integrations with HPE’s GreenLake management interfaces.

Early demos showcased agents autonomously handling tasks like scaling compute and patching systems, with real-time insights and decision support delivered through GreenLake’s portal. 

2. HPE + NVIDIA: Building the “AI Factory”

Reinforcing their long-standing alliance, HPE and NVIDIA unveiled “NVIDIA AI Computing by HPE,” a co-developed portfolio aimed at accelerating enterprise AI deployment across generative, agentic, and robotics domains.

Key elements include:

• HPE Private Cloud AI: A turnkey, self-service private cloud bundled with NVIDIA’s AI data stack. Delivered via GreenLake, it supports NVIDIA blueprints (like AI‑Q, Llama Nemotron) alongside OpsRamp-powered AI copilot for streamlined operations and observability.

• Developer Edition: A scaled-down variant featuring dual NVIDIA H100 NVL GPUs and 32 TB storage—a simplified entry point for pilot testing workloads, shareable with larger clusters.

3. Blackwell-Powered Server Lineup & Liquid Cooling

HPE reaffirmed its hardware superiority with several NVIDIA Blackwell-based server announcements at HPE Discover 2025:

• ProLiant Compute DL380a Gen12: Now available with up to ten NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell GPUs, optimized for generative inference, graphics, visual computing, and fine-tuning—available in both air and direct liquid cooling (DLC) variants.

• XD685 & DL384b: High-end rack systems featuring NVIDIA GB200 NVL72 and Blackwell Ultra configurations, geared for multi-rack AI model training.

4. Juniper Networks Acquisition: Building the Networking Stack

Antonio Neri emphasized the near completion of HPE’s ~$14 billion acquisition of Juniper Networks, forming a networking business expected to generate ~$11 billion in revenue with >50 % margins 

Juniper brings:

• Mist AI automation—a nine‑year‑old cloud-native platform for network management.

• 800‑GbE routers and data‑center–grade security firewalls.

• Boosted presence in hyperscaler, SP, and data‑center networks.

5. HPE Aruba and OpsRamp

These enhancements, embedded within HPE Aruba Networking Central, offer root-cause analysis and automated remediation for complex network challenges through specialized reasoning agents. In parallel, the HPE OpsRamp Software, launched in 2024, now extends its agentic operations copilot to deliver automation across the entire IT stack. Additionally, HPE is previewed the integration of Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers into its Alletra Storage MP X10000 at HPE Discover 2025, marking a step toward agentic, AI-driven storage solutions. By linking the X10000 with GreenLake Intelligence and enabling orchestration through GreenLake Copilot or natural-language interfaces, the system streamlines data management and operations. The X10000’s embedded data intelligence layer, combined with internal and external AI agents, ensures continuous delivery of unstructured data and metadata to support advanced AI workflows, while also enabling explainability, capacity planning, and coordinated management across compute, storage, network, and virtualization domains.

To support enterprises on their AI and cloud modernization journey, HPE introduced Cloud Commit at HPE Discover 2025, a new offering within its GreenLake portfolio. Designed to drive savings through predictable, long-term investments, Cloud Commit allows customers to aggregate current and future GreenLake spending across a wide range of solutions—including HPE Alletra storage, integrated private cloud systems, and the CloudOps suite. This provides not only financial benefits but also expanded access to services, making it easier for organizations to scale strategically. The program will launch in August 2025 and be available to both current and new GreenLake users.

In tandem, HPE Financial Services is rolling out flexible financing options specifically for CloudOps components, HPE Alletra, and HPE Private Cloud AI at HPE Discover 2025—helping reduce upfront costs and lower the barrier to adoption. According to HPE leaders, Cloud Commit plays a critical role in the broader shift from traditional, siloed ML Ops to more autonomous, agentic AI operations. For larger, more complex needs, the full-featured Morpheus Enterprise Software—around $2,500 per socket—includes advanced capabilities like workload cost analysis across public and private clouds, helping organizations optimize and reduce costs. HPE also provides tools for profiling and cost comparison to support these transitions at HPE Discover 2025 and Morpheus can be integrated into HPE Private Cloud solutions as organizations scale.

10. Sustainability & Heat‑Recycling Initiatives

Extending HPE’s green ambitions, HPE and Danfoss launched modular data-center containers that recycle waste heat for on-site and local heating at HPE Discover 2025.
